Delivery and order

Do we shipping in your country?

Yes, we do delivery in every country (worldwide shipping).

When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require our team a maximum of 10 to 15 working days. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

How much does delivery cost?

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge (except for DOM-TOM).

My order is not complete

If your order includes several items, it is possible that they will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I did not receive my order

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed package ?

With our secure delivery, Manga Zone® will take care of all disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not pass the buck to the carrier and let you "manage". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

I wish to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven product defect.

Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) by email along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

My garment is too small

All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience to our customers. Our team has taken care to measure each article and to add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can cause great frustration.
